- POA Dues:
- $140 per calendar year for 2025 and 2026
- Due March 31st. If not paid by 31st, a $20 late fee will be assessed
- Statements are mailed out annually
- Dues_Remittance_Form
- PRAF
- One-time fee of $250 until February 28, 2025, $500 thereafter
- Due within 90 days of closing
- Pool Membership
- An optional pool membership can be purchased on a yearly basis
NOTE: Any owner who is more than 2 years past due on their POA Dues and PRAF may have a lien filed against their home. All past due POA Dues and PRAF fees will need to be collected before liens will be released.
