POA Dues & Closing Costs

Are you buying or selling a house in Marlowe Manor?  Don’t forget to disclose our Property Owner Association (POA) Dues and Property Renovation Assessment Fund (PRAF):

Closing companies please contact the treasure at mmpoalr@gmail.com for a statement and closing letter.

  • POA Dues:
    • $140 per calendar year for 2025 and 2026
    • Due March 31st.  If not paid by 31st, a $20 late fee will be assessed
    • Statements are mailed out annually
    • Dues_Remittance_Form
  • PRAF
    • One-time fee of $250 until February 28, 2025, $500 thereafter
    • Due within 90 days of closing
  • Pool Membership
    • An optional pool membership can be purchased on a yearly basis

NOTE:  Any owner who is more than 2 years past due on their POA Dues and PRAF may have a lien filed against their home.  All past due POA Dues and PRAF fees will need to be collected before liens will be released.
